BEFORE YOU JOIN

# A clear starting point.

You can create an account, request a cleaning quote or apply as an independent cleaning professional. Submitting a request or application does not confirm a booking, approve a profile or guarantee work or earnings.

Review the included work and price before accepting a quote. Cleaner matching follows acceptance. Your cleaner and any required payment must be confirmed before your booking is complete. Payment instructions appear only when your booking reaches that step.

Starting prices are estimates. Your accepted quote describes the agreed work; any changes need your approval. Ma’s Cleaning services use that business’s separate terms.

Customer and professional service terms are provided before payment or confirmed work.
